Eventually being able to connect to guides and spirit, trust your intuition and give good evidence based information.  The circle is paced for people new to spiritual work and includes clear guidance, mindful exercises and take-home worksheets to embed the foundations between sessions.

Watch, Breathe, Belong

Welcome to the Videos and Guided Sessions library at The Breath Clinic in Gillingham, United Kingdom. These short films show guided breathwork and mindfulness practice tailored to different ages and needs, giving you a clear, practical preview of how our classes run and how the exercises can support anxiety and stress management. Each clip is designed for confidence. You will find sample sessions for children, young people, adults and older adults that mirror the structure of our in-person workshops: a calm welcome and grounding, a gentle explanation of the technique, guided breathing and movement, and a reflective close. Sessions range from brief skill-focused films to longer sample classes so you can choose what works for you and your family before you join us. Techniques demonstrated include diaphragmatic breathing for steadying the nervous system, paced breathing methods to reduce panic and acute anxiety, simple grounding exercises for immediate calm, and mindful movement to reconnect mind and body. Every video highlights how the technique feels, when to use it in daily life, and safe adaptations for differing abilities. Parents and carers will find dedicated guidance to prepare children for workshops: how to set up a comfortable space at home, simple language to introduce breathwork, visual aids and props we use at The Breath Clinic, and ways to support a child’s participation without pressure. There are also short reflection clips from past participants and carers in Gillingham, sharing what helped them most and how they used the tools afterwards. Use these videos to practise at your pace, to familiarise yourself with our practitioners and class tone, and to arrive at a workshop feeling prepared and reassured. If you would like a personalised recommendation, please contact The Breath Clinic team in Gillingham and we will point you to the videos that best suit your needs.
