Our Approach -
How Your Journey Works
At The Breath Clinic, healing is not something done to you - it is something we support you with.
Our work is nervous-system informed, somatic, trauma-aware, and integrative, combining breathwork, healing energy, education and therapeutic presence. We focus on creating a safe container where regulation, awareness, and self-agency can be restored.
Rather than force change, we support the conditions in which healing can naturally unfold.
All sessions can be done in person or online via Zoom, WassApp
Initial Session
30 Min
We begin with a 30 minute, one-to-one session to understand where you are, what feels difficult right now, and what kind of support may help you begin gently. We listen, assess and help you take that first breath towards healing which builds confidence in the journey going forward.
This session can also be booked for tarot card readings, sessions for Psychic or Mediumship and other spiritual services.

Signature Session
50 Min
A balanced one-to-one session that could include Transformational Coaching, Reiki, Spiritual/Faith Healing, This will be discussed and arranged before your arrival.

A longer, more spacious 90-minute session for deeper exploration, integration, and immersive support.
