Initial Session
A gentle, intentional starting point at The Breath Clinic™.
This session offers space to arrive, be met where you are, and begin reconnecting with your breath, body, and energy.
Together, we explore what you need in this moment - creating a foundation for deeper work, should you feel called to continue.

Signature Session
A balanced one-to-one session guided around what you need. This is the most common session for ongoing support.

Immersive Session
A longer, more spacious 90-minute session for deeper exploration, integration, and immersive support.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy HBOT
A standalone wellness add-on offered at The Breath Clinic®, separate from your personalised one-to-one support journey.

Therapy
A calming wellness add-on designed to support relaxation, self-care, restoration and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

This is support designed as a journey.
- Some people come feeling overwhelmed.
- Some feel disconnected from themselves.
- Some know they need support but are unsure where to begin.
That is why we do not ask you to work out the perfect modality before you arrive. Instead, we begin with one steady first step, then shape the support around you over time. This allows the work to unfold more gently and often more meaningfully than a one-off appointment alone.
Not a treatment menu
- You are not expected to choose between breathwork, Reiki, meditation, grounding, or other approaches before you begin.
- The aim is not to make you pick perfectly.
- The aim is to help you feel supported in the most appropriate way for where you are now.
- Support that can evolve with you
- What feels supportive at the start may not be the same as what feels supportive later.
That is why each session can be guided differently over time while still staying grounded in your personalised plan.
What's the expectations
There isn't any.......
Many clients continue with weekly or fortnightly sessions, allowing the work to unfold steadily over time.
The support can evolve as you do, with each session guided around what feels most helpful at that stage. We might need to pause, process and reintegrate, we are not here to push you forward. This is your safe space to feel, breathe and grow.
These are some of the ways your support journey may be shaped. You are not booking all of these individually. They are simply different approaches we may draw on depending on what feels most appropriate for you.
Breathwork
Gently guided breath-led support to encourage regulation, awareness, release, and reconnection.
Meditation and Mindfulness
Grounding and awareness practices that support calm, steadiness, and integration into daily life.
Reiki
Gentle complementary support that may be included where it feels helpful within your wider personalised journey.
Nervous System Support
Gentle, trauma-aware support to help your system feel safer, more settled, and more regulated. This may include grounding, pacing, and body-based awareness practices that support steadiness over time.
Integrative Guidance
A responsive blend of approaches shaped around your needs, your capacity, and what feels most manageable in the moment. This allows your sessions to adapt as your experience changes rather than keeping you fixed to one method.
Optional intuitive and spiritual support - Not everyone it open to spiritual help so where appropriate, your session may also include an intuitive or spiritual layer of support. This is always optional, gently guided, and may vary depending on what feels most supportive for you.

The work is always shaped around you rather than expecting you to fit a fixed method. A calmer route into support, with space for the work to unfold. Support can be gentle, grounded, and guided at your pace.
Why this approach can feel easier
- Less pressure at the start. When you already feel overwhelmed, being asked to choose the exact modality or know exactly what you need can add more pressure. A guided journey removes some of that pressure and helps you begin more gently.
- More responsive support over time
- Some weeks you may need grounding.
- Some weeks breath-led work may feel right.
- At other times you may simply need a calm place to land.
- Ongoing sessions allow the work to respond to where you are rather than locking you into one fixed approach.

What ongoing support can look like
Weekly support
Weekly sessions can feel helpful when you want steadier support, more continuity, and a stronger sense of momentum.
Fortnightly support
Fortnightly sessions can offer a gentler rhythm with space to integrate between sessions while still feeling supported.
A rhythm shaped around you, the most supportive rhythm depends on your needs, your capacity, and where you are in your journey.
We can guide that with you, book your initital 1:1, that will give you a feeling for the space we hold and if these types of sessions are right for you. There is no pressure to keep moving forward if it doesn't sit right with you. Remember you have to feel safe, supported and ready to continue with this deep and transformative work.

The Breath Clinic®
Do I need to know exactly what type of support I want before booking?
No. That is exactly why we begin with an Initial Session. We use that first step to understand where you are and what kind of support may feel most appropriate for you.
Do I choose the modality in advance?
Not necessarily. Some clients come with a preference, but many do not. We can guide the modality with you depending on what feels most supportive at each stage of your journey.
Is this designed as one session or ongoing support?
The first step is the Initial Session, but for many clients the real value comes through ongoing weekly or fortnightly support guided around their needs over time.
What if I feel anxious or overwhelmed about starting?
Many people come feeling exactly that way. The work is paced gently, held with care, and designed to help you begin without pressure.
