Helen is a Holistic Practitioner, Medium, Tera Mai™ Reiki Master, Healer and Trainer. Animal and Pet Reiki healer, Spiritual Life Coach, Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Mentor and Developer.

Helen has been doing spiritual work all her life, and her earliest memory was being worried about going upstairs because of the shadows; it is only later in understanding that these were actually spirits trying to communicate with her. Helen has worked alongside spirit and got her first tarot set at the age of 19 and still uses the same set today although she has branched out and expanded her repertoire. Helen has done training at the Corinthian Church and provided healing for the parishioners and is also a Corinthian healer trainer.
Next, was training at The College of Psychic Studies on trance mediumship, physical mediumship and has sat in various circles practicing psychic and evidential mediumship. She also sat in Trance circle at Tony Stockwell's studio working with Tony and Jay Love.
Helen walked the shamanic path for some time and did the Shamanic Practitioners Course. She still firmly believes and endorses this fundamental practice.
Through investigations into breathwork and the benefits of the breath, Helen discovered Alchemy of Breath and has completed a year long course of over 400 hours to be able to facilitate and give you this powerful insight into being able to activate your body’s natural healing intelligence and reconnect with your true essence.
Transformation Coaching was also undertaken with the Alchemy of Breath to support her ongoing work.
For additional knowledge and healing she has studied Ancestrial Healing, Trance Surgery, Cord Cutting.
With all this it has led her to believe that her path is paved with healing and teaching and as such it is now time for her to offer her services as a whole and this also includes teaching the power of self healing.
When asked, Helen said that she wants to teach everybody to self heal and give the power of healing to adults, children and animals.

I believe that healing is individual for adult, children and animal and no-one is the same.
When perform reiki I do a chakra cleanse and realign body and spirit before I do the reiki as I believe in healing the whole person.
Being able to tailor make a service for you and your needs, discuss where you want to be and give you the power to achieve it. You have been lead to me for a reason and let's make it the best possible experience, all I ask is that you sit back, believe and receive this wonderful gift that I have been given.
Reiki can be used with cancer treatments to assist the healing process, also can be used with fertility issues and depression and stress. The list is endless.
